How did all start...
Welcome to our website! We are family Mattila and pony trotting is our hobby. All started year 2000 when we bought our first pony, Shetland Electric “Hessu” Herman. At that moment we were already looking for a Gotland Russ but there were no races for them in Finland. But now the things are changing and we have mainly Russ-ponies.
Racing season has get started!
Dorindah has raced twice and she has wan both of her races very easily. First foals will born in May.
We have bought some Gotland Russ mares from Sweden, first for racing but they have been selected on their pedigree basis. So our aim is to breed good quality, Finnish born trotting ponies. And the circle has closed; mother Erja started her horse hobby with Russ ponies about 30 years ago.
